Your files stay yours.
Privacy policy · Updated October 28, 2026
Local files and image processing
Selected file contents are decoded and processed on your device, through browser workers and Canvas. They are not uploaded to a Tools & Pixels processing server, stored in a cloud folder, or sent to an advertising provider for image processing. Files, previews, and results remain in browser memory while you work. Removing them or leaving a workspace releases the tool’s references. Downloads you save remain under your control.
Ordinary site requests
Your browser requests pages, fonts, scripts, and styles from the hosting service. Hosting infrastructure may log ordinary request data such as IP addresses, browser details, URLs, and timestamps. Those site requests do not include the contents of your selected files. This site has no account system and does not persist your image files in browser storage.
Optional advertising and provider consent
Advertising is disabled until real publisher and fixed ad-unit IDs are configured and a published consent setup is enabled. When configured, optional advertising loads only after your local preference permits it and the consent manager provides the required signals. Google Privacy & messaging is the selected certified CMP integration. In applicable regions it presents provider and purpose choices under the relevant consent framework. A custom site preference alone is not a substitute for that provider consent.
If you allow optional advertising and the consent checks permit it, Google may receive ordinary advertising request information, such as your IP address, browser information, page context, consent signals, and cookie or storage identifiers as allowed by your choices. That is separate from local image processing. Read Google’s partner-site data explanation for its handling of those requests. No analytics tag is currently installed.
Stored choices and withdrawal
The site can store only your privacy choices in local storage under toolsandpixels.privacy.v1, with a version and timestamp. The preference expires after 180 days and can be changed earlier. This storage contains no image data. When browser storage is blocked, choices apply in memory for the current visit. Consent Mode v2 starts with advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and analytics storage denied.
You can decline optional tracking and use every tool. Privacy choices can be reopened from this page or the footer. The opt-out control disables optional advertising and sharing locally. When the provider consent manager is active, its review control lets you revisit its regional choices as well. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and recognized provider opt-out signals prevent optional ad serving in this implementation.
Your device and questions
Your browser extensions, operating system, backups, and saved downloads are outside this tool’s control. Keep originals and inspect exports before sharing. For privacy questions or a request concerning any information you have sent directly, see the contact page. Hosting and advertising provider settings must be reviewed when the production service configuration changes.
